1. Service Terms
All services are provided by trained technicians of Zannat Air Conditioner. Final pricing is shared after diagnosis at your location.
2. Booking Terms
Bookings made before 4 PM are eligible for same-day service subject to technician availability. Confirmation will be made by phone or WhatsApp.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are due after service completion via cash, UPI or online transfer. Spare parts requiring procurement may require advance payment.
4. Warranty
We provide a service warranty on repairs (terms vary by service). Spare parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.
5. Liability
We're not liable for pre-existing damage or failures caused by improper use, voltage fluctuation, or third-party tampering after our service.
6. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 2 hours before scheduled visit. Late cancellations may attract a visit charge.
