1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed if the booked service was not delivered, or in case of duplicate payment. Service charges once delivered are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation Rules

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit are eligible for a full refund of any advance paid.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Service Issues

If you're not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 48 hours. We'll re-do the service free of charge or offer a partial refund as appropriate.
